Scott Spicer is a fourth year Anthropology major.  This is Scott’s second year as RHA president, and also his second year working with NRHH.  Scott has always felt that community service is an important part of his life.  Scott was a member of Americorps where he tutored students and did several types of community service projects.  Scott loves singing and dancing also. His favorite movie is Patch Adams, and loves Mexican food.
