Where do I get it?

What do I do with it?
Fill it out as complete as you can (following word limits stated)

What happens?
The NRHH Recognition Director will review all completed OTMs, fix grammatical and spelling mistakes, and send it to the region (PACURH).
PACURH votes on all the OTMs they receive and then send those winners to the nation (NACURH) where it can gain national recognition.

And how does this happen?
1.  By submitting a complete OTM to NRHH, this means you OTM Proposal has the opportunity to win at a local level (UCR). NRHH will pass all category winners on to the region.
2.    If the region deems your OTM as the best in that category out of all the OTMs in that category in the region (PACURH), then you have won on a local level. It will move now to the national level.
3.   Again, if the national office (NACURH) chooses your OTM as the best out all the OTMs in that category from the regions then you have won on a national level. This is the highest recognition a person can receive.
